Shipping and Delivery

Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2-8 business days (MON-FRI) start counting one (1) day after the order is paid (because of worldwide time difference). A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, expect a 5-8 business day delivery time. Our shop will not be held responsible/reliable for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided or delayed shipments (Due to any reason such as Christmas overload etc.). Please note that import taxes or others (VAT, custom clearance etc.) might be charged depending on your country and they are not included into the price and it is on your responsibility (feel free to contact us for any questions).

We usually ship with DHL Express Service or equivalent. If you wish to receive your parcel with different carrier, please contact our support center. Supported carriers: DHL Express, 1 Express, FEDEX, UPS, EMS, China Post. Any price difference to our DHL price must be paid by customer.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempts to client, all costs (return-shipping, custom etc.) plus a handling fee of USD 20.00 must be paid by client/or will be deducted from the refund. We kindly remind you, it is customer's obligation to receive and sign for the package. 

Please notice: We declare generally USD$ 50.00 on watch purchases on the commercial invoice for the shipping carrier. In case you want another amount, please include in your ordering message (shipping note). Heimdallr cannot be held liable for any custom clearence. 

Defect or broken delivered watches must be notifed us immeditaley after receipt or max. within 48 hours after receipt. It is the customers obligation to check the watch for its functionality after receipt. Without notification, the watch is considered as arrived in good condition and fully functional. After this time we replacement shipment, return shipment has to be paid by buyer. Thank you for understanding.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Your order has been placed and paid successfully. Your order will be processed asap.

PROCESSING IN PROGRESS

Your order has been packed and left the Warehouse. It on the way to our international freight forwarder. 

SHIPPED

Your order has been successfully shipped out by our forwarder. You receive the tracking number the same time. Until this status up to 3 days could needed. 

REFUNDED

Your payment has been refunded according to our cancellation/refund policy. 

CANCELED

Your order has been successfully canceled.
